Ground Lamb Meat Skewers


1 pound of ground lamb meat (preferably a piece from the shoulder of a lamb)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 nutmeg, to be freshly grated
Slices of onions and tomatoes to be grilled and seasoned with salt & pepper, as a side
