Bell Peppers/Capsicum/Shimla Mirch – 3, chopped
Chickpea Flour / Besan – 1/2 cup
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder – to taste
Turmeric / Haldi – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tsp + 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing – 1/8th tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, minced
Garlic – 1 tsp, minced
Green Chilies – to taste, chopped
Water – as needed
Cilantro Leaves – chopped
Lime or Lemon Juice – to taste
