2 tomatoes – peeled and pureed
1/2 onion – chopped
1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of paprika
