Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients (serves 4)

1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
2 small red chillies, seeds removed, finely chopped
2 cups beef stock
750g skirt steak, cut into 3cm cubes
400g can Italian diced tomatoes
1 red capsicum, diced
420g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
light sour cream, to serve
