Stuffing:

1 lb of Ground Beef
1 ½ Cups of Cooked Rice
½ Onion (grated)
½ Tbs of chopped Parsley
½ Tbs of chopped Cilantro
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp of Pepper
¼ tsp of Cumin

Sauce:

2 Medium Tomatoes (peeled and grated)
1 Onion (grated)
1 Tbs of chopped Parsley (finely chopped)
1 Tbs of chopped Cilantro (finely chopped)
¼ Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Salt (to taste)
¼ Tsp Pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
1 ½ Cups of Water
