Ingredients:

12 Egg Whites, at room temperature
1 cup of Cake Flour
1 ½ cups of Granulated Sugar
1 ½ tsp of Cream of Tartar
1 ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
½ tsp of Almond Extract
¼ tsp of Salt
