Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 chicken breast
4 hamburger buns, split in half
1/4 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
mixed lettuce leaves
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup cornflake crumbs

Radish and cucumber salsa
1 bunch radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced, cut into thin strips
1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
