Thai Style Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
500ml Campbells Real Stock – Vegetable
150ml coconut cream
3 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 1/2 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup green beans, cut in half
garnish with fresh parsley
