1/2 fresh lime, juiced
1 red chilli, halved, deseeded, finely chopped
Salt & pepper
300g sour cream
1 tbs taco seasoning
2 ripe tomato, quartered, deseeded, finely chopped
1 tbs coarsely chopped fresh coriander
Corn chips to serve
