1 tablespoon caster sugar
100g butter, chilled, finely chopped
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon golden syrup
