1 medium brown onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup fire-roasted pepper strips, drained
1 1/2 cups tomato passata
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
100g mozzarella cheese, grated
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
Basil leaves to serve
