Ingredients:

6 eggs
1/4 cup ‘lumpfish’ caviar
200g Smoked Salmon
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 stick cream cheese
1 tsp lemon rind
1 tsp fresh chives
salt & pepper to season
