Ingredients:
14 oz paneer cut in ½ inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 whole red chilies
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1/4 teaspoon nigella (onion seeds or kalonji)
1 teaspoons coriander seeds
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
About 1 ½ cup baby spinach leaves
