RHUBARB SAUCE & PULP
5 Rhubarb stalks
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar

VANILLA CREAM
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste

CARAMEL
1/2 sugar
2 tsp water
