2 pieces of Okra or substitute: Mulukhiyah
30g Nagaimo Yam (1 oz)
½ pack of Hikiwari-Natto – crushed fermented soybeans
2 slices of Kamaboko Fish Cake
2 Cherry Tomatoes
Toasted White Sesame Seeds
Chopped Spring Onion Leaves

– Somen Sauce –
25~30ml Dashi Soy Sauce (¾~1 fl oz )
