Turkey Meatballs in Spicy Cacciatore Sauce

Ingredients:
For the meatballs,
½ lb Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp Grated Onion
1 Small Clove of Garlic, grated
2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 Tbsp of Bread Crumbs
¼ cup Parmiggiano Reggiano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

For the sauce,
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 28 oz can of Crushed Italian Tomatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 Small Onion, chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
½ cup of Red Wine
Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Basil leaves
