Chocolate Pecan Bars

For the crust:
1 ½ cup of All Purpose Flour
½ cup of Unsalted Butter at room temperature
¼ cup of Brown Sugar

For the filling:
3 Eggs
¾ cups of Light Corn Syrup
¾ cup of Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp of Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 ¾ cup of Pecans, coarsely chopped
1 ½ cups of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
