Carrot Cake Bars

2 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Granulated Sugar
½ cup of Brown Sugar
½ cup of Unsweetened Applesauce
½ cup of Vegetable Oil
3 cups of Shredded Carrots (about 5 large carrots)
2 Tsp of Baking Powder
½ tsp of Baking Soda
½ tsp of Salt
2 Tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 Eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

For the Frosting

6 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
3 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, softened
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Zest of Half of an Orange
2 ¼ cup of Confectioner Sugar
