Crab Rangoons

20-25 Wonton wrappers
MIXTURE
2-3 cup imitation crab meat or crab meat in can or fresh crab meat. (your choice)
1 package of Fhildedephia cream cheese.(.LOL!!)
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 green onion (chopped)
1-2 Thai spir chilies (optional)
1/4 cup mined walnut (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
4 cups cooking oil for deep fry

Note: do not set your oil temperature too high or it will fry and burn wonton skin too fast.
* Set oil temperature at 320-340 degrees and deep frying until golden brown.
