Lemon Meringue Pie

1 9” Pie Crust, store bought or homemade

For the lemon curd:
1 ½ Cups of Water
1 Cup of Sugar
¼ Cup of Corn Starch
¼ tsp of salt
Zest of 2 large Lemons
Juice of 2 Large Lemons
2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
4 egg Yolks, beaten

For the meringue:
4 Egg Whites
6 Tbsp of Confectioner Sugar
¼ tsp of Cream of Tatar
