Apple Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup of Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1 cup of Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Packet of Vanilla (or 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract)
2 tsp of Baking Powder
Zest of 1 Lemon
3 cups of Flour
½ tsp of Salt
½ cup of Limoncello
4 Apples, peeled cored and cut into bite size pieces
¾ cup of Milk
