1.5 (700 grams) pound lamb chops
6-8 fresh mint leaves (finely chopped)
1/4 cup for finely chopped parsley
3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
A pinch of ground cloves
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of water
