Raspberry Yogurt Chocolate Roll

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
1/3 cup (40 grams) all-purpose white flour
2 Tbsp (20 grams) cornstarch
2 Tbsp (20 grams) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt
4 large eggs
1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp (120 grams) white granulated sugar
2.8 oz (80 grams) 70% dark chocolate

Raspberry Filling:
1 pint of fresh raspberries
10.6 oz (313ml) Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt

Chocolate Frosting:
4 oz (113 grams) 52% dark chocolate
5.3 oz (156 ml) Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
