Gingerbread Tiramisu Trifle

For the Gingerbread Batter:
2 1/3 cups of Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp of Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp of Cloves
½ tsp of Salt
½ cup of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
1 cup of Molasses
1 cup of Sour Cream
¼ cup of Sugar
2 tsp Lemon Zest
1 Egg
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract

For the Mascarpone Filling:
16 oz of Mascarpone Cheese, softened
1-½ cup of Heavy Cream
1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

For the Syrup:

1 Ginger Tea Bag
1 Cup of Sugar
