Focaccia with Caramelized Onions

4 cups All Purpose Flour
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 cup Warm Water (about 110 degrees Fahrenheit)
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Package Dry Yeast
1½ Tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
4 Cloves Garlic Thinly Sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Drizzling
Kosher Salt and Coarse Ground Black Pepper (to sprinkle over top)

Onion Topping:
2 Large Yellow Onions, sliced thinly in half moon shape
2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tsp of Fresh Thyme
Salt and Pepper, to taste
