Ingredient:

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef (90% lean)
1 bay leaf (laurel leaf)
1/3 cup peas (optional)
1 ear of corn (removed from the cob)
2 carrots chopped
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp salt
(optional: 1 zuchini/squash, chopped)
