Valentine’s Day Meal


For the Steak:
8oz Flank Steak
1 Tbsp of Salt-Free Steak Seasoning
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil, plus a little more
1 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Sprig of rosemary
1 Clove of Garlic, just smashed
Salt and Pepper, to taste

For the Arugula Salad:
3 cups of Baby Arugula
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tsp of Lemon Juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh Shavings of Parmesan Cheese

For the Potatoes:
2 Potatoes (I used Yukon gold for a lovely buttery flavor)
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Freshly Minced Rosemary
1 tsp of Fresh Lemon Zest
Coarse Salt and Black Pepper

For the Strawberries:
1 Dozen Fresh Strawberries, washed and dried
1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips
2 tsp of Vegetable Oil
