Broccoli and Prawn Stir-Fried with Cashew Nut (西蘭花腰果炒蝦)


1 lb prawns
10 oz broccoli
1 cup salted cashew nuts
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch water
2 tbsp grape seed oil

To marinate the prawn:

Half tsp salt
1 tsp cooking wine
Half tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cornstarch
