Ingredients:

Raw Ponni Rice – 2 cups, washed and soaked for 4-5 hours
Cooked Rice – 1 cup
Fresh Shredded Coconut – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup, warm
Yeast – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1 Tbsp + 4 Tbsp
Water – 1 cup + 1/2 cup (divided)
