King Cake (Roscón de Reyes)

Ingredients (for 2 king bakes):
– 250 ml milk
– Skin of a lemon and an orage
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 440 gr flour
– 80 gr sugar
– 5 gr dry baker’s yeast (or 15-20 if it is fresh)
– 3 eggs
– 60 g unsalted butter
– 2 teaspoons of orange blossom water
– 4 teaspoons of rum
– Candied fruit (for decoration)
– Sliced almonds (for decoration)
