Shamrock Milkshake Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 cup Granulated Sugar
¼ cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room Temperature
¼ cup of Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
1 Envelope of Vanillina or 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Package of Pandegliangeli or 2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1 1/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Whole Milk

For the Frosting:
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter, softened
1/2 tsp of Mint Extract
4 cups of Confectioner Sugar
