Snow Pea and Mushroom Stir-fried

Ingredients:

10 oz cod
10 water chestnut
3 oz snow peas
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1 tbsp sliced ginger
2 green onion
4 white mushrooms
2 tbsp grape seed oil

For the frying sauce:

half tsp salt
half tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

To marinate the fish:

1 egg white
1 tbsp cornstarch
a quarter tsp salt
a quarter tsp white pepper powder
