300g Boneless Chicken Thigh (10.6 oz)
½ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Sake
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Grated Ginger Root
1 tsp Grated Garlic
½ tsp Sesame Oil
½ Beaten Egg
2½ tbsp Potato Starch or substitute: Corn Starch
Lettuce Leaves
Parsley Leaves
Vegetable Oil
