6 medium sized potatoes
2 medium sized onions
1 egg
Olive oil
Bechamel: 4 oz (113 grams) butter
Bechamel: 1/2 cup (64 grams) of all purpose white flour
Bechamel: salt, pepper, ground nutmeg (to taste)
