Thai Fish Bites

INGREDIENTS:
Fish Cakes:-

white fish fillets (300g)
½ a red chilli
1 stick of lemongrass
4 spring onions
handful of fresh green beans
1 egg
3 limes, zested
1 tbsp of red Thai curry paste
splash of fish sauce
oil for frying

Dipping sauce

1 clove of garlic, crushed
small bunch of fresh coriander
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
3 limes, juiced
