Tofu with Miso Rice

extra firm tofu (300g)
1 egg
hoisin sauce (50ml)
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
cornflour (50g)
few handfuls of panko breadcrumbs
oil to fry
a handful of sesame seeds

for the chilli sauce

1 green chilli, deseeded
1 red chilli, deseeded
3 cloves of garlic
caster sugar (100g)
white wine vinegar (100ml)
2 tbsp of cornflour

for the rice

1 sachet of miso soup paste
white rice (300g)
4 spring onions
1 radish
1 red pepper
a handful of fresh coriander
