6 Large Egg Whites
1 cup of Sugar
1 tsp of White Wine Vinegar or balsamic vinegar
¼ cup of Cacao Powder, sifted
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp of Salt

For the cream:
1 1/2 cups of Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp of Powdered Sugar
