Oxtail and Tomato Soup (牛尾湯)

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh chopped Oxtail
1 lb tomato
6 oz carrots
1 oz sliced ginger
1 can of tomato sauce (optional)
2.5 liters water (about half of a large soup pot)
1½ tsp salt

Dipping sauce:

1½ tbsp garlic chili sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
