Salmon Cakes

12oz of Cooked Salmon
1 egg
1/2 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp of Freshly Chopped Chives
2 Tbsp of Mayo
2 tsp of Lemon Zest
Dash of Worcesteshire sauce
Salt and Pepper, to taste

For the sauce:
¼ cup of Mayo
A few Consichons (up to you how many you want to use)
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Dill
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Dash of Hot Sauce
