Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients:

6¾ ounces (1½ cups + 3 tablespoons) cake flour (plus an extra tablespoon for flouring the cake pan)
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 ounces (1/2 cup) butter, softened
8 ounces (1 cup) sugar
5 eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Three Milks:
1 cup half-and-half or whole milk
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Topping:
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh fruits like strawberries, peaches, and mango
