1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground fenugreek
fresh okra (200g)
4 fresh tomatoes
tin of chickpeas (400g)
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 lemon
olive oil (75ml)
rapeseed oil (75ml)
bunch of fresh coriander
handful of cashew nuts
pinch of cayenne pepper
