3 slices of Ginger Root
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Water

2 tbsp White Sesame Paste
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp White part of a Long Green Onion, Chopped
½ tbsp Ginger Root, Chopped
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Hot Chili Oil or to taste

1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
