Chocolate Fried Pizza Dough


quick-acting yeast (10g)
1 tbsp caster sugar
Tipo ‘00’ flour, (500g plus extra to dust)
1 tsp fine salt
2 tbsp of olive oil

To Make the Dolce Chisurin

1/2 quantity of pizza dough (so half of the quantities above)
large slab of Dairy Milk chocolate
chopped hazelnuts (200g)
plain flour, to dust
icing sugar, to dust
vegetable oil, for frying
