Flatbread Chicken Club Sandwich


strong white bread flour (300g)
1 tsp salt
1 heaped tbsp baking powder
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp olive oil
warm water (75ml)

For the fillings

1 grilled chicken breast
1 avocado
2 dollops of mayo
handful of sunblushed tomato
1 ball of mozzarella
6 streaky bacon strips, cooked and crispy
2 eggs, beaten
crisps to serve
