Mozzarella Sticks


16oz Block of Dry Mozzarella (or pasterized mozzarella), cut into into sticks
3 eggs
3/4 cup of Heavy Cream
2 1/4 cups of Bread Crumbs
3/4 cup of Freshly Grated Pariggiano Reggiano
2 tsp of Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning
½ cup of All Purpose Flour
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Vegetable Oil
