7 Egg Yolks
¾ cup of Granulated Sugar
2 cups of Whole Milk
1 3/4 cup of Heavy Cream
3 1/2 Tbsp of Instant Coffee Granules
¼ tsp of Salt
¾ cup of Chocolate Chunks or Chocolate Chips
