4 tbsp caster sugar
tsp of salt (5g)
full fat milk, warmed (250ml)
melted butter (50g)
1 egg, beaten
vegetable oil, for deep-frying
caster sugar (400g)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 lemon
1 orange
kebab skewers
