1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons (28 grams) butter
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper (to taste)
3-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
10 oz (300 grams) of peeled and pre-cooked shrimp
