A pinch of Salt
1 Beaten Egg
100g Kabocha Squash – Japanese pumpkin or substitute: any type of sweet squash or pumpkin (3.5 oz) – net weight
40g Roasted Walnuts (1.4 oz)

120g Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour (4.2 oz)
1 tsp Baking Powder
50ml Milk (1.7 fl oz)
