50g Shimeji Mushrooms (1.8 oz)
50g Enoki Mushrooms (1.8 oz)
1 Garlic Clove
½ Red Chili Pepper
Spring Onion Leaves, Chopped
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
